1. Three Models of MyRepOffice® ;
We provide 3 models of MyRepOffice® . They are Direct Control, Risk Sharing, and Objective Driven Solutions. Detailed descriptions are as following:

1.1. Direct Control MRO

1.1.1. Description

In Direct Control mode (figure1), we will help you set up MyRepOffice® based on your requirements. And you will directly control your subtracted employees and dedicated facilities. Subcontracted employees will receive your instructions and report to you directly.

1.1.2. Features

Direct Control model allows for your full autonomy in business development and enables you to be most close to the Chinese market. This model of MRO functions more like  your own representative office but you can still get many of the value added background supports from ECMC.

1.1.3. Companies Suited To

This model of MRO is for companies with the followings:

  • Some understanding of Chinese market
  • Definite Chinese market strategy
  • Business exploiting capacity
  • Adequate public relations

1.2. Risk Sharing MRO

1.2.1. Description


Risk Sharing Mode means your company and E-C Marketing Consulting will share the cost of setting up MRO and operating MRO, at the same time your company and E-C Marketing Consulting will also share the profit (or loss). E-C Marketing Consulting will cooperate with you closely to benefit both sides. We will negotiate to the control system of MRO.
