Control MRO

In Direct Control mode (figure1), we will help you set up MyRepOffice®
based on your requirements. And you will directly control your subtracted
employees and dedicated facilities. Subcontracted employees will receive
your instructions and report to you directly.

Direct Control model allows for your full autonomy in business development
and enables you to be most close to the Chinese market. This model of
MRO functions more like your own representative office but you can still get
many of the value added background supports from ECMC.
